Cannacter, the Craft Cannabis Champion, was built by a team who understand the complex and frustrating landscape of wholesale cannabis sales in Washington State and beyond. Founded in 2017 in a West Seattle studio apartment by cloud consultant/cannabis advocate Steffo Mitakides, Cannacter are purveyors of fine craft cannabis and suppport small, familly-owned farms. In late 2017, the Cannacter team began to develop the industry’s first B2B online marketplace and auction for finished goods...a community where farmers earn a fair price at retail and buyers get the best available cannabis products. For retailers, the Cannacter platform gives better access to vetted craft farms, streamlines communications and offers up a trusted, curated marketplace. For farmers, Cannacter enables quality retail exposure, identifies the right fit for particular brands, helps with insights/analytics and establishes price based on value and demand.
