The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "User", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
The Cannacter Site provides web-based Marketplace that allows Users to connect licensed buyers and/or sellers of goods and services in the marijuana and hemp industries. The production, distribution, and possession of marijuana or hemp or products derived from marijuana or hemp, or conspiring or aiding and abetting someone to do the same, is illegal under federal law and the laws of various states.
Cannacter operates and does business only in those states in which the production, distribution, and possession of marijuana are legal under state law. We also operate and do business only in those states in which the production of hemp is legal under state law. Further, Cannacter requires that all Users of the Cannacter Marketplace be licensed under applicable state law in which it does business. Cannacter will conduct its own due diligence as to whether each producer, processor, or distributor using the Cannacter Marketplace is properly licensed in the state in which it does business. All Users of the Cannacter Marketplace are responsible for providing complete and truthful information to Cannacter and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies at all times. Cannacter is not responsible for any non-compliance or any resulting civil or criminal penalties.
Cannacter does not possess a state or local license to purchase or sell medical or recreational/adult/retail marijuana or hemp. Cannacter is not a producer, seller, retailer, supplier, reseller, distributor, nor agent, representative or subcontractor of any supplier or retailer, nor is it marijuana or hemp collective or cooperative. The Website offers information and the ability to connect buyers, sellers, and vendors with each other, and any transaction is at the parties own risk, and Cannacter does not act as a marijuana or hemp supplier, distributor, retailer or vendor. Cannacter and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any marijuana or hemp transactions that occur between entities or persons who are or are not properly licensed by their applicable state and/or local authorities.
Cannacter does not represent that any transactions offered or conducted via the Website are lawful under federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
Unless otherwise stated, Cannacter, LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Cannacter. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Cannacter for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from Cannacter
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Cannacter
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Cannacter
- Redistribute content from Cannacter
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Under the federal laws of the United States of America, manufacturing, distributing, dispensing or possession of marijuana is illegal, and individuals are subject to arrest and/or prosecution for doing so. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these laws. The Cannacter Company disclaims any and all liability relating to the use of its website and applications in violation of any federal laws, rules and/or regulations.
Compliance with State Law. You expressly acknowledge that the Site is for those residing in states with laws regulating the use of medical or recreational cannabis and that the laws surrounding recreational and medical use are established pursuant to their respective State laws. You expressly acknowledge and assume full responsibility for cooperating with the laws of the state and municipality where you reside. Further, the Company disclaims any and all liability relating to the use of its website and applications in violation of any state laws, rules and/or regulations.
